White Plains restaurant and bar is seeking a front of house Floor Manager.
Candidates must have at least 2-4 years of restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- actively engaging with our customers
- managing, monitoring, and mentoring floor staff
- training new staff
- maintaining exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction
- maintaining the functional and visual operation of the restaurant

Working on weekends and holidays is a must. Candidates must be personal, reliable, and passionate about the hospitality industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.
