In this role, you will be responsible for leading the efforts on the following:
? Work closely with senior bankers across industry and product groups
? Research current industry trends
? Build and maintain complex financial models
? Prepare pitch books and presentations for client meetings
? Interact with clients in meetings and throughout live transactions
? Conduct due diligence for potential transactions
? Organize and prepare drafting sessions and road show presentations
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge in Excel, Financial Markets & Securities, Corporate Finance is required
* Excellent leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Detail oriented, with the upmost discipline to meet deadlines
* Highly driven and able to learn quickly
* Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study
