Innovative financial trading company is seeking a true Executive Assistant to support CEO. This role is an integral part to the company! We are looking for someone who works with integrity, who is the ultimate planner, who is proactive, with a keen sense for details, who will be an extension of the CEO.

The job responsibilities include the following:
? Provide administrative assistance to the CEO in day-to-day support; phone calls, correspondence, presentations, client gifting, employee relations
? Effectively manage CEO's time and calendar for internal and externals meetings
? Logistics for complex domestic and international travel
? Perform research for all business trips (have plan A, plan B, and plan C)
? Maintain a flexible, team player approach at all times

Requirements
? A minimum of 3+ years' experience in an administrative support role
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
? Detail-oriented, highly organized, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? The ability to interact with individuals at all levels

Location: Jersey City
Compensation: 55,000-60,000 + bonus + benefits
