Matura Farrington is currently representing a reputable financial institution in Los Angeles in search of a strong new Graphics Designer / Document Specialist. This Graphics Designer / Document Specialist position will work closely with other department members to create and edit graphic layouts, HTML announcements, presentations and general business documents. This firm focuses on providing professionals with opportunities for long-term growth in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities: Graphics Designer / Document Specialist
-Graphics and design -- generating, editing and formatting unique illustrations, graphic layouts, general marketing collateral and HTML announcements with the ability to utilize customer ideas and personal creativity to make professional, aesthetically pleasing layouts.
-Presentation and document editing -- generating, editing and formatting lengthy and complicated documents, statistical reports and financial documents. PowerPoint templates and presentations, charts, graphs, org. charts, maps, timelines, diagrams, tables, style sheets, and auto shapes.
-Photo correction, editing and touch-up, color and lighting correction, background manipulation, logo touch-up and recreation, effects, etc.

Preferred experience and requirements: Graphics Designer / Document Specialist
-*4+ years of experience working as a graphic or high-level operator in the financial services industry, CPA or for a legal firm.
-*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 or later.
-* HTML and Adobe Creative Suite experience.
-Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

*Represents basic qualifications for the Graphics Designer / Document Specialist position. To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
