Our client, a NYC based Owner of Residential Rental Properties, is searching for a 'Director of Real Estate'. The position offers full and excellent benefits. This is a very busy working environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Real Estate reports to the Corporate Director of Real Estate. He/she is responsible for the execution and overall real estate strategy for the assigned locations. Directs all property management planning, operations, staff, resources and related activities for all residential properties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

?4 year college degree in business, economics or related field.

?A minimum of 12 years of New York City residential property management experience. Some commercial property management experience preferred.

?Must be able to complete a variety of different financial analysis on various real estate opportunities and use the same to evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on the same.

?Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.

?Ability to present data and recommendations in a concise manner to Senior Leadership.

?Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

?Superior team leadership, supervisory and organization skills, with proactive orientation to achieving positive results.

?Good judgment under stressful circumstances.

?Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
