Counter Workers and Cooks (Montauk)

We are actively looking for COOKS and COUNTER WORKERS.
We are small and privately owned, AND we take our reputation seriously.
We serve NYC's best lobster roll.
We operate out of several different venues in Brooklyn and Manhattan including the Brooklyn Flea, the Smorgasburg and our food truck... BIG RED!
We have a fully operational market/lobster pound in Red Hook, Brooklyn...
BUT we are eager and ready to spead crustacean elation to Montauk NY.
We're picky about our product, and our staff.
We do not compromise on quality anywhere, neither should you.

COUNTER WORKER requirements:
friendly,
inquisitive,
hard-working,
compassionate,
quick,
food service experience (a plus)
good listener,
must love lobster.

COOK requirements:
kitchen experience,
knife handling skills,
observant and aware of product,
hard-working,
friendly,
quick and
enthusiastic about quality seafood.
