JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Area Manager who has experience in driving revenue, training employees and managing multi-unit facilities in the Tristate Area. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity where you can grow while working with a dedicated marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Employees will contribute to and consistently apply Blink's policies and procedures by effectively working with all Blink personnel without to regard to race, religion, age, national origin, gender, physical or mental disabilities
2. Hire, train, motivate, direct, coach and evaluate all club managers who are friendly, member-oriented and committed to achieving the clubs' goals for profitability, customer service excellence, sales and cleanliness
3. Implement and support company programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth
4. Maximize member retention through ensuring high levels of customer service and cleanliness, as well as a variety of innovative and educational programs, continual upgrades of exercise equipment and responsiveness to member needs and suggestions
5. Oversee all program revenue goals
6. Oversee expense goals by working with club managers to manage payroll and general and administrative expenses
7. Ensure that the clubs meet Blink's standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security and physical plant operations
8. Ensure the implementation of Blink standard policies and procedures for business and financial management
9. Ensure clubs' participation in local community events:
10. Keep current in knowledge of key competitors

1. Facilitate new Member sign up and Guest trial transactions.
2. Maintain our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the Club.
3. Maintain high visibility throughout the Club.
4. Set the positive energy and tone of the Club.
5. Ensure the safety of Members, Guests and Team.
6. We take pride and have fun.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 3+ years of successful unit management experience which includes P&L management, driving top line revenue and the ability to hire train and build successful teams
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to utilize new techniques, ideas and problem solving skill
4. Possess honesty and personal integrity
5. Enthusiastic, energetic and personable
6. Passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
7. Ambitious and driven. Able to lead and inspire a wide group of individuals
8. Proven financial, business and human resource management
9. Deep knowledge of all the club's job descriptions, SOP and the company's brand and mission
10. Computer literate
11. Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills. Has a sense of urgency
