SUMMARY:
We are an importer of signature wines seeking a driven individual to support our company's daily administrative needs in a 3-person office located in Chappaqua, NY.

Responsibilities include all aspects of general office administration, communications, logistics, inventory and database management, state price postings, COLA label approvals, samples management (incoming/outgoing), event organization, preparing trade presentations, processing invoices, organizing and creating marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Fluency in written and spoken French & English
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Minimum 2-year experience in the wine and spirits industry
? Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
? Up to date computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Quickbooks, Internet
? Knowledge of COLA Label Approval process
? Basic graphic design
? Can work independently and as part of a team
? A passion for wine and food
? A desire to learn more
? Ability to lift 50 pounds
? Sense of humor!
