Leading Property Management Company in Westchester seeks a hands-on accounting manager to oversee the accounting of properties for a property management team. You must have at least 7 years of relevant work experience including the preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, forecasting and projections.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

? Maintaining, analyzing, and summarizing general ledger accounts.
? Preparation of all financial reporting packages for Condo and Co-op Boards.
? Preparation of monthly financial reports for Condos and Co-ops.
? Preparation of operating and financial budgets.
? Coordinating year end audits.
? Coordinate with outside auditors.
? Proficient in Yardi Enterprise, EXCEL and MS Office is a Must!
? Maintaining vendor and owner/shareholder relations.
? Oversee Billing & Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable person.
? Bank Reconciliations
? Cash Flow
? Payroll processing
? Intercompany reconciliation for sponsor accounts
? Work on special projects as needed.
