New York City Corporation is seeking a Senior Accountant for a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. Responsibilities of position include but are not limited to preparing journal entries, ensuring financial reports are completed by deadline, analyzing P&L and balance sheet, and collaboration with finance department to support any department goals. Ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with account analysis, US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation. Candidate requires at least 5 years experience in similar position and CPA/MBA is a preferred as well as SAP experience. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
