-Must have reliable transportation & cell phone
-Must be available M-F 9-5pm to go on appointments to meet with homeowners
-Must have great communication skills
-Must be have digital camera and GPS
-Must bring your work ethic and positive attitude
-Experience in sales is a plus but not a must.
