Responsibilities

? Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings

? Provide the highest level of customer service

? Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business

? Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center

? Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts

Qualifications

?Enthusiasm and desire to learn

?Passion for people and retail

?Strong communication skills

?Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

?Excellent interpersonal skills

?Must be able to work on the weekend

?Prior Sales experience and ability to speak a foreign language is a plus
