Projects range from ground up to major renovations and additions. Own book of subcontractors with ability to perform non-union work is strongly desired.
Minimum 5 years construction experience in NYC necessary.
Ability to read prints, review shop drawings, and use Microsoft outlook, office and project are necessary requirements.
Related College degree or related military service is preferred.
