If you are a creative director with visual operations experience, ideally in the restaurant & hospitality industry, and?you possess an artistic eye, creative mind and operational acumen, our Director of Visual Design & Operations?position may be the perfect outlet for your innovative yet orderly style and superb management skills.

In this dual role, your operational strength will lead your visual creativity in establishing an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests through an innovative design statement supported by impeccable detail in architectural style, interior and exterior design, uniforms and apparel, table top presentation, floral arrangements, merchandising and packaging, special events and more.

Primary responsibilities include establishing and implementing a corporate visual image standard for all locations while allowing a style adaptation appropriate for each unique location. In this role you'll work very closely with senior operations and development executives as well as regional and local managers, providing superior attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Visual Design & Operations?works closely with the CEO, Chef & Founder and President & COO?to ensure that the PRG image is maintained in all units. The person in this position supervises the Art & Style Manager and Coordinator?as well as the styling and aesthetic elements.
