Driver Digital is currently seeking a part-time Assistant to provide support to the company. The Company is an Online Distributed Media Network that works with both content creators, advertisers and ad networks.

Responsibilities:

? Provides supports including receiving visitors managing phone/calendar/mail, faxing, copying, scanning and ordering messenger/car services
? Liaison to office related vendors and ordering office supplies and pantry
? Organizing and preparing for office meeting
? Monitoring and maintaining office cleanliness
? Manage all travel for employees and partners
? Other duties as determined

Requirements:

? 1-3 years of office experience
? Highly-organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal skills
? Able to work independently and prioritize and manage time effectively
? BA or BS degree
? Interest in of the web/online media (both online and offline), and advertising industries
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel required
