Parker Towers, our residential communities located in the heart of Forest Hills, has an exciting career opportunity available. Our motto here is "bigger is better" and we are teaching Queens on what luxury apartments are all about.

We are currently seeking a part time leasing agent to take part in our transformation and bring us to the next level. With over 1300 apartments get ready to embrace the beauty of never having a dull moment. The Parker Towers environment is young, fun, fast paced and we have one open spot in our state of the art newly renovated office (that is definitely the envy of most).

Who You Are
A great team player who knows the thrill of healthy competition, has a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and knows how to pay attention to detail. We want someone who has that "fire" and knows the perfect balance of sales and customer service.

You know the meaning of setting goals and achieving results. Managing the sales process, from start to finish is a breeze for you. You can't wait to create excitement about what you are selling, in this case our amazing apartments and community. You embrace the challenge of overcoming objections and building great relationships is like second nature.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

? A college degree
? 2+ years sales experience in real estate, retail or hospitality
? Fab Microsoft Office skills
? Yardi and On Site experience would be amazing, but not a must

Compensation
$20 hr. +$75 a deal
Days include: Monday 10-7 Thursday 10-7 and Saturday and Sunday 11-6
