Field Marketing Representative

Long Island Radiology Associates, recipient of the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission, has an immediate opening for a Field Marketing Representative. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Field Marketing Representative will secure business from existing and potential referring physicians and will aid in the development of the facilities referral base through marketing services and activities in a designated, local territory.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
? Acts as primary liaison between facilities and referring physicians and is first in line for customer relation issues.
? Establishes positive relationships with referring physicians, office management and staff.
? Educates customers on new services and technologies and networks in the field to facilitate knowledge of services.
? Provides clerical support, maintains and tracks leads and reports details to management.
? Involvement in the development of medical marketing communication vehicles and aids in the development of creative content.

The qualified candidate will have:
? Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (required)
? A minimum of 2 years sales and/or medical marketing experience coupled with knowledge of diagnostic imaging services.
? Technical proficiency in MS Office
? Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
? Must excel in a self-directed work setting with a history of success in planning, organizing and managing marketing projects.
? Must have reliable, personal transportation with a valid Driver's License (required).
