What We Need:
Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President -- the Executive Assistant position provides exceptional exposure to all aspects of projects- creatively and on all levels. This position has prepared individuals for future growth within the company.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Manage and coordinate a complex calendar; scheduling meetings and events.
? Prepare all documents and materials for both internal and client meetings.
? Field and screen all incoming telephone calls.
? Update and maintain contacts in our database.
? Print out all emails and correspondence as requested.
? Update and maintain files so documents are organized and readily available.
? Coordinate all travel.
? Update quote letters for client projects, and/or Business Letters.
? Responsible for advertising and new ad materials.
? Support sales team with travel, contact information, PowerPoint Presentations, and trade show participation/scheduling.
? Collect & print sales reports weekly.
? Prepare sales agenda & distribute notes for sales meetings.
? Special projects including spearheading philanthropic initiatives, planning special company events
? Act as a liaison between Executive Vice President and all departments (sales, creative, production, engineering, and the retail divisions).
? Prepare and print out daily project briefs, estimate requests, & engineering requests to distribute to Directors.
? Responsible for supplying information regarding projects to the necessary parties.
? Work with clients to keep project timelines
? Work with members of each department to ensure projects are moving forward correctly & meeting deadlines.
? Obtain client and internal approval on all steps of projects.

Required Skills/Background:

? 4 year college degree REQUIRED BS or BA
? A strong interest in lifestyle, fashion, and retail trends
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? High level of proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Internet search engines
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong time management skills
? Ability to handle details and make decisions independently as well as work as a member of a team
? Professional, well organized, & thorough
