Creative environment, well known entrepreneur in the hotel industry. You would be the #2 assistant doing his daily administrative work. He is extremely busy and you keep him on the strait and narrow...Scheduling, phones, draft all business and personal correspondence, maintain Outlook contacts, driver and schedule,calls, messages, accurate maintenance of physical and electronic filing system, assist #1 Business Assistant with coordination and smooth running of CEO's office..what ever is needed. The #1 Assistant is highly professional and you will learn a lot.

College grad, excellent computer skills, well-spoken, smart, ability to work in an intense, creative and deadline driven environment. NY experience a must. This is not a 24/7 job.Some one coming out of or educated in the Arts is a plus. 5 years experience.

You will learn what it means to work for a well-known and successful entrepreneur who has put an indelible mark on the hospitality industry.
