A fast growing Construction Site Safety company is looking for qualified candidates to fill one position: Quality Control Supervisor

General:
Site Safety Quality Control Supervisor will not only understand Construction Site Safety, Chapter 33 of the NYC Building Code and OSHA CFR 1926 but will also be self-motivated, genuinely interested in Construction Safety and eager to grow as the company and the building market grow and expand.

Job Duties:
Assisting Director of Safety in all aspects of site safety management and providing input in overall planning and oversight of jobs
Auditing our projects to ensure compliance with site safety plans, paperwork and specifications
Scheduling, interacting with and managing employees, reviewing site safety logs & quality control
Obtaining tools and materials needed, filing permits and other documents
Providing on-site supervision of daily work load, job site safety.
Communicating with our clients and reporting of all construction aspects to Director of Safety
Perform additional assignments as directed by Director of Safety

Qualifications and Requirements:
Construction industry experience of minimum 3-5 years
Background in employee supervision, building codes, site safety plan reading
Site management knowledge and experience
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Email
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and to be meticulous while multitasking
Ability to develop, keep and work through "to do" lists
Ability to work long, unsupervised hours, including the possibility of working during "off hours" and/or weekends
OSHA 30-Hour is required
