Responsibilities:
? General office administrative duties including answering telephone
? Reconciling QuickBooks, including downloading and entering transactions
? Day to day bookkeeping duties including A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliations, Bill Payment and Check Printing
? Reconciliation of company accounts
? Detail postings and analysis to QuickBooks General Ledger
? Help with human resource functions including monitoring and tracking employee attendance
? Filing, scanning and copying relevant vendor and client documents
? Special projects as assigned by management team
