Technical Skills + Knowledge: Someone who has an advanced understanding of how Magento works along with decent HTML and CSS skills. You should be very familiar with browser compliance and the W3C. Working without a lot of supervision is a plus.

Academic Skills + Knowledge: You should have a cv/resume which clearly demonstrates your outstanding design ability. We need to see these as links; living examples of your work. We are looking for Magento-centric designers.

Example Tasks:

Create wireframes, rough-cuts and finalized Magento designs
Create an interactive flow chart for various user groups and functionality
Make basic HTML/CSS/JS code updates across various Magento sites, templates and web services Compensation: 70K/YR --> DOE.
