Field Sales Rep:
Sapp & Sapp Hair Imports is seeking individuals who have outside sales experience targeting small businesses. Experience with hair care or hair stylist products is desirable. Ideal candidate will be able to represent Sapp & Sapp Hair Imports professionally with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to articulate product descriptions by developing in-depth knowledge of product usage and customer base.
? Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas for assigned product lines within Sapp & Sapp Hair Imports policy and guidelines
? Exceptional delivery of all core arguments and associated product messages
? Communication, coordination and cooperation with sales team
? Plan and allocate sales activities to the highest potential opportunities and results.
? Continually gain rapport with increasing number of customers by utilizing professional communication skills.
? Use consultative selling approaches that satisfy Sapp & Sapp Hair Imports various customers' styles and business/product needs.
? Routinely service and follow up with customers on product purchases and practices.
? Application of the Call Model - Effectively implement Pre-call process, Sapp & Sapp Hair Imports value proposition, product core arguments, and Post-call process to consistently gain commitment from key customers
? Maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and order transactions
