Freelance Pattern/Sample Maker (Downtown)

Looking for a skillfull and experienced patternmaker and/or both patternmaker/ sample maker that can turn a sketch of a jumpsuit into a flat pattern, and even sew the
sample. This is a project based job, however am looking to hire for more continuing projects.
Would be great if this candidate has a private work space ++++
The sample size would be based off of my personal measurements, so will be interacting in most steps of the process to make sure all details are executed.

If only a patternmaker ok, but will need first sample cut and sewn.. Is this you???
