Seeking FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST for our Manhattan locations in Chelsea(opening in 5 days), Columbus Circle(opening in 5 days) and Grand Central!
We are looking for personable, happy, positive demeanor, ability to up sell clients on services and products.

Responsibilities:

? Efficiently answer busy phones and address client questions
? Keep track of staff schedules and client appointments
? Up sell clients on massages, facials, laser treatments and products
? Manage clients while waiting for treatment
? Keep the spa spick and span. Cleanliness is Godliness.
? Order office supplies and maintain spa inventories;
? Assist with special projects and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

? FOUR YEAR college degree preferred.
? RETAIL OR SALES EXPERIENCE A HUGE PLUS!
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse clientele and staff;
? Clear speaking voice and proficient English language skills;
? Demonstrated reliability regarding attendance and work performance;
? Courteous and professional demeanor with experience providing customer service;
? Organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
? Flexibility and ability to work in busy environment;

Salary:

Average earnings are $15-$18 an hour. Minimum 35-40 hours per week.
