Pies'n'Thighs is a Southern restaurant serving the best versions of classic American dishes in an authentic and friendly environment. We offer to go, delivery and dine in service and are especially busy on the weekends. We are looking for a new shift captain for the front of house staff. This is a crucial role. The captain holds the shift together, must be able to think on their feet, keep a calm demeanor and have a passion for great customer service.

You must be available a minimum of 2-3 days per week to start
and able to commit to full-time within 3 months.

Must be trained and proficient in every position including:
host, server, counter, register and busser
(We will train you.)

Will be responsible for:
*Running shifts - keeping things moving and solving problems as they arise
*Supervising and motivating staff
*Ordering
*Attending meetings (weekly captain meetings and monthly staff meetings)
*Upholding and enforcing all rules and standards
*Completing necessary paperwork
*Relaying specials and checking for comprehension
*Communicating directly with the GM
*Addressing customer complaints or issues
*And more!

In addition, you will be responsible for:
Tshirt, coozies, and totes inventory and tracking
