Responsibilities

Light plumbing repairs
Light electrical repairs
Carpentry
Window repairs
Appliance repairs
Flooring repairs
Hainging doors (metal and wood)
Changing/installing locks
Assist with cleaning and snow removal if asked
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of all trades noted above
Must have own hand tools and power tools
Must have experience with heavy power tools such as jackhammer, drum sander, table saw, power snake, etc.
Must be available to respond to emergency situations
Must be able to work independently
Must be polite and professional in dealing with residents
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to work overtime as needed
