Currently, we are seeking a Saturday Sales Associate for the New York flagship store on Madison Avenue. Additional hours through the holiday season (Nov.23 - Jan.1) is also an option for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in an upscale luxury environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, understanding of client needs, ability to develop new clientele and maintain existing contacts
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and awareness of current trends
- Willingness to be part of a team and work as a team player
- Excellent computer skills, some Photoshop preferred
- Bi-lingual Portuguese or Spanish preferred

Requirements:
- Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and utilize all selling tools to inform clientele
- Maintain and organize personal client book that tracks client details
- Communicate effectively with clientele through verbal, written and email correspondence
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills in tracking and updating client information for computer records
- Guide clients with knowledgeable fashion and styling advice
- Assist in the development of store marketing materials and social media
- Act as a team player and provide support as needed to meet store goals
- Execute all shipping and receiving policies with attention to detail
- Uphold store maintenance standards, including straightening and organizing selling floor and store inventory
