Responsibilities:
- Handling sales calls, accepting returns, issuing refunds and working closely with other teams over issues raised by customers.
-Understanding all company procedures and processes.
-Writing and responding to customers emails both pre and post sale.
Requirements
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Problem solving skills and outstanding follow through and organizational ability
-Familiarity with Internet tools and products
-Ability to learn complex procedures and proactive in proposing innovations and improvements
-Highly customer-orientated
-Positive attitude, honesty, integrity
-Passion for customer service and sales
-Previous experience in e-commerce contexts will be considered a plus
