Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversees and participates in daily preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Create and maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment.
- Train, supervise and schedule BOH staff.
- Inspect kitchen and kitchen equipment, for safe and sanitary conditions.
- Ensure consistent production, execution and presentation of well-prepared and flavorful food.
- Assist in the creation and development of specials.
- Maintain a good working partnership with all staff members.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly inventory.
- Experience in Italian/Spanish/French Cuisine a +.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years as a working Sous Chef.
- Understand and demonstrate fundamentals of cooking.
- Demonstrated good organizational and time management skills.
- Attained Food Safety Certification.
- Current or previous experience in NYC.
- Great salary for the right candidate.
- Paid vacation.
