We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to work with us on a full-time basis. The candidate should be able to provide great customer service, have experience managing and supervising others, and be a team player.
Job Duties Include:
?Assisting the manager to overseeing the store operations and staff
?Servicing customers on a daily basis as well as being responsible for all products in department in regards to inventory, rotation, quality and presentation
?Cash control and inventory control
?Keeping track of inventory:
?Prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities with our Manager for the entire staff
?Train employees (both new and existing) regarding customer service and product knowledge, etc.
Qualifications:
?Must have at least 5 years experience in a pharmacy retail environment, with references
?A strong fundamental understanding of retail store operations
?Superior customer service and leadership skills
