This person must have 5 years experience in residential property management along with knowledge of building systems and experience in overseeing capital improvement projects. In addition, experience working with the Board of Directors as well as the shareholders and the ability to supervise both the maintenance and office staff is a requirement. Finally, you must have strong organizational, communication and writing skills .
