This role will provide day to day support to management and employees in a wide variety of HR functional areas including recruiting, employee relations, organization design, performance management and corporate initiatives in support of culture promotion.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED -
-BA/BS Degree
-A minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist/HR Manager in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, resorts, casinos, entertainment venues)
-Experience with payroll and HRIS
-Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle several projects simultaneously
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels
-Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality at all times
