- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must have 2 - 3 years of experience working with children.
- Applicants should be willing to work flexible hours.
- Infant/Child CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent references are required.
- Background check will be conducted at time of employment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Director with the operation of the daycare/academic program.
- Ensuring that the childcare facility is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
- Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.
- Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day.
- Teach, educate and monitor children as needed.
- Assist Director in staff development and training.
