Ideal candidate will have 3 years prior sales support, customer service, experience processing purchase orders and communicating with overseas manufacturers.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, superior Excel skills (**particularly formulas, pivot tables, charts, links and macros are a crucial part of this position**)
and Photoshop.
Must be able to work independently, move easily between tasks as priorities change and manage the showroom with a small team (6 associates).
Highlights of Responsibilties:
Logistical liaison and customer service representative for our overseas manufacturers and US retail customers
Sales strategy and support to the President of the company (excel spreadsheets, excel financials, etc)
Process and manage purchase orders from inception through product delivery
Resolve day to day office & operational issues and inquiries from overseas manufacturers and US retail customers
