Responsibilities:

- Responsible for coordinating and participating in all facets of web development for multiple projects, production, maintenance, upgrades, quality assurance and compliance.
- Build web experiences using WordPress/HTML/CSS/Javascript and other web standards
- Transfer Photoshop mockup to web standard code
- Write high performance, optimized, client-side code in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX with browser compatibility and accessibility
- Develop functional prototypes based on web standard from mockups
- Work with development team to refine and improve customer experience
- Work with non-technical employees to understand requirements and to be able to quickly convert those requirements into working web components/pages
- Develop and produce creative work product using web tools i.e. Photoshop,HTML, CSS etc.
- Consistent development and implementation of creative web content (XHTML,CSS, JavaScript) and web design
- Work with other producers, designers and IT team members to create functional and maintainable content

- WordPress expert, and ability to teach basic user interface to others
