Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will work in a centralized Business Development Center (BDC), acting as the first point of contact for our customers by initiating and responding to phone calls. The CSR ensures delivery of superior customer service through fast and accurate processing of customer information (incoming & outgoing), communication (via phone, email, or text messaging), and coordination (service & sales) with other key departments/peers/management. The CSR works primarily in a CRM software environment, using pre-defined scripts, making daily updates to customer information, scheduling appointments, working reports, responding to general inquiries, all while maintaining and ensuring data integrity.
In addition, this position will provide Administrative Support to the department. You MUST BE PROFICIENT using MS-Office software at an intermediate or advanced level (primarily Access, Excel & Word).
20% of the job will be Administrative Support
80% of the job will be making OUTBOUND calls
This is a Full-time position, plus commission.
Hours:
We are accepting resumes FULL TIME team members that can work to fill shifts from 9AM-7PM Monday through Friday.
