Effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good computer / typing skills.
Must be flexible to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays.
Will be required to work in a fast paced environment.
May be asked to work overtime.
