***A minimum of three years previous experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant within New York City. Two star or better is preferred.
***Strong existing knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and various liquors.
***A polished, professional appearance.
***The ability to drive sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
***A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
***Flexible schedule with full time availability. We are open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.
