In addition to our marketing services, we also provide the design, layout and writing support to take our publication from concept to the printing press. Applicant: YouthPRO Organization has immediate openings for a collections agent. Your position involves making outbound phone calls to business owners. A successful candidate should be able to see through all possible billing inquiries in order to devise a resolution. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, high-energy, professional, reliable and have great communication skills. We offer a fun, fast-paced and supportive environment. Our team is very close, and we know how to play hard and work even harder. Qualifications:

- A strong team player with the ability to communicate on all levels within our company.

- Intermediate or advanced PC skills, including knowledge and experience
with internet research, as well as Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook)
