Job Purpose: Using PMI methodology, help the team establish best practices for the planning and execution of both the Implementation and Development aspects of Product Development for Experts. The final deliverable will include process diagrams, communication framework, RACIs, schedules and will define the tools and templates needed to support the processes. The final processes must support a global team and be scalable, with triggers to proactively identify when additional resources will be needed.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning (75% of the time)

? Define key roles and responsibilities of project team.
? Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
? Create process diagrams, communications framework, RACIs and schedules.

Stakeholder Management & Communication (25% of the time)
? Manage relationships and keep project stakeholders accurately and regularly informed of the status throughout development.
? Ensure stakeholder requirements are captured accurately and completely.
? Communicate in writing and verbally and with clarity

Strong knowledge of project management methodology and capability with project management tools and software. Working knowledge of one or more of the following: software development life cycles (waterfall, agile, etc.), web technologies, web development processes,. Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role..

Required Education and Experience:

? PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA Certification required.
? 3-8 years experience managing or playing a major role in cross-functional projects
? Experience with agile a plus
? Experience with Pragmatic Marketing a plus
? Bachelor's degree required.
