team charged with maintaining, repairing, installing and updating all
equipment, grounds, exterior structures, buildings and related fixtures
and utilities. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the execution
of a preventative maintenance program including updating tasks, recording
time and tracking spare parts inventory.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in a
manufacturing environment. Food or bakery experience is a plus.
Up to date knowledge, skills and experience in the use of a variety
of trade practices associated with occupations such as carpentry,
masonry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, welding, pneumatic and
other related trades required with specialization in electronics,
electrician or HVAC.
