This position supports the CEO. This person will be very involved across all areas of the business and MUST be a team-player!
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with at least three years Administrative experience, be very energetic, have an upbeat disposition and have impeccable communication skills!
Responsibilities:
Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Coordinating extensive Appointments
Sell Memberships
Preparation of e-mail correspondence
Process client payments
Liaison with clinets and staff.
Filing and similar administrative tasks
Provide administrative support (coordinating meetings and other office duties)
Assist with internal procedure implementation
Assist with the HR function with regard to processing paper work for new staff.
Requirements:
College graduate
At least 3-6 years administrative experience
Strong Outlook skills
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Strong Sells Skills.
Acute attention to detail
Professional phone manner
Hours:
9:00am - 2:00pm
