Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education
Applicant meets the teaching certification requirements of a particular state a positive.
Applicant holds an endorsement for the grade level applying for and for the subject area to be taught a positive.
Other Specific Attributes Desired:
Teaching credentials and experience preferred. (Preference will be given to candidates with experience.)
Cambridge English Examination working history. (Cambridge Primary, Secondary, IGCSE, and/or Cambridge Advanced)
Advance Placement experience sought.
Native English Speaker. (Ability to speak Spanish a plus.)
Curriculum development knowledge and skills a positive attribute.
Strong desire and ability to work within and experience the colorful culture of Colombia.
Passionate about education.
Flexible to adapt to various work situations, including short-notice, high-demand circumstances.
Able to employ a wide range of teaching and learning strategies.
Computer savvy - internet guru.
