Co-founder/ Lead Developer to help create Algorithmic Serendipity

Our goal is to allow users to go beyond restrictive keywords, create more personalized searches and discover unexpectedly relevant job prospects in areas they would not normally think to consider.

EXPERIENCE
Preferred skills/experience:
-Web startup experience.
-Familiarity with Machine Learning methods and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
-Experience with Nutch, Solr, Mahhout, Amazon Web services or comparable tools/services.

Required skills/experience:
-Highly proficient in Java (possibly Python).
-Comfortable with standard web technologies -- HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, Ajax, PHP.
-Ability to develop new skills to a sufficient level as needed.

This is a Co-Founder opportunity with significant equity potential on a vesting schedule. Salary/benefits upon funding.
