Blazing Saddles Bike Rentals & Tours is gearing up for our busy season in Manhattan and we are looking for a few outstanding people to join our team. Our ideal candidates will be high energy, customer service oriented people who are excited to share everything that New York City has to offer to visitors and locals alike. Whether it's riding the Manhattan Waterfront Greenway or biking across the Brooklyn Bridge to explore Brooklyn Bridge Park, your daily challenge will be encouraging our guests to take advantage of some of the best bicycling in the world. We are looking to fill the following positions:
Supervisors: We are looking for several supervisors to help us run our busy locations. Someone who has supervised a staff in a high volume, customer service oriented position is our best candidate. We need dynamic supervisors to help direct our incredible staff through our busy season.
Customer Service: Our Customer Service team is the backbone of our business! We need people who love interacting with the public, who can be loud and outgoing and love being outside all day long. We have two locations in Manhattan and our employees will work at both locations.
Bike Mechanic: Our bikes are going to get a lot of use, and will need general repair fairly regularly. We are looking for someone with several years' experience wrenching and who can work with a variety of bikes. Our mechanics' first priority will always be our customers, so someone who loves working with customers first and bikes second is the best fit for us.
