Position will require a commitment of April through December with the possibility of permanent after.

Candidate must have extensive experience in high-end residential design, construction detailing and management in NYC, be proficient in Auto-Cad, construction documentation, NYC codes and all phases of construction. Must have excellent communication skills and be a quick study.
