You should have previous experience, be a team player and have a passion for quality food creation. You must be able to communicate and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing food, teaching the menu to line cooks, organizing the kitchen, ordering, costing dishes, maintaining food costs and quality, cleaning, daily and weekly specials
