We are seeking a part-time sitter for our 20-month old son. Hours will be 3-8 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some flexibility to work later occasionally. Availability on occasional weekend evenings a plus. $15/hour. Candidates should have prior child care experience, be warm, active, engaging and able to prepare meals. Some college experience preferable. General responsibilities will include: accompanying our son to classes, preparing snacks and dinner (he has several allergies that we will make the new hire aware of), preparing for bedtime and generally engaging him with songs, activities and play dates. Our son is really big on being outdoors. So, he will require a very active companion who is eager to help him explore the world. References required.
