Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Assigned Properties:
- Handles calls from residents
- Maintains resident relations.
- Approves incoming bills and invoices
- Purchases supplies
- Solicits bids for maintenance contractors and construction projects.
- Inspect properties periodically
Position is full time, opening is immediate.
Knowledge in Timberline software is a big plus. Required experience as a property manager of rental units.
Needs to be bilingual English/Spanish.
